OLIVIA VICTORIA IS YOUR PILATES EXPERT AND FOUNDER OF THE LEADING LA BASED MOVEMENT PLATFORM, KENT WELLNESS CLUB. CERTIFIED IN BOTH MAT AND REFORMER PILATES, OLIVIA WAS SPECIFICALLY TRAINED IN A CONTEMPORARY APPROACH TO PILATES. SHE COMBINES THIS WITH HER BACKGROUND IN SPORT AND LOVE FOR MINDFULNESS TO CREATE ONE-OF-A-KIND EFFECTIVE WORKOUTS THAT KEEP YOU COMING BACK FOR MORE. 

 

BEFORE LAUNCHING KENT, OLIVIA WENT TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI TO STUDY BUSINESS ANALYTICS AND EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY. SOME OF OUR ATHLETIC AND PILATES CLASSES RECOMMEND DUMBBELLS, ANKLE WEIGHTS AND A RESISTANCE BAND TO ELEVATE THE MOVEMENT.
